Looking for rack slorage or slip on Cape Cod for 2017 season

Hi, new to this site. Buying a Sea Ray Amberjack and need to locate any dockage available near Falmouth if possible.

Checked out Pier 37 and MacDougal's for rack storage, 1 - 2 yr wait. Looking at a boat at the end of the Month. If I can't get rack I'm going to have to look for slips.
